Vyapin Software Systems uses the e-commerce services of Reg.Net Inc. (a Digital River company) for sales order processing. You may purchase our products from Reg.Net Inc using one of the options given below.

1. All our products are electronically downloadable only and no shipping charges will apply. Please note that we do not provide CD-ROM shipment of our products at this time.

2. The evaluation copies of our products are working versions (with feature limitations) during the evaluation period as indicated in the product. The evaluation versions are converted to fully functional licensed versions once you purchase our product and follow the next point.

3. You can buy our products online from our ecommerce reseller Reg.Net. Reg.Net accepts several different payment methods. Payments made to Reg.Net with a credit card will appear on your statement based on your bank's payment cycle and will appear on your statement as originating from Reg.Net. You can order with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card over the World Wide Web using a secured form. All information sent this way is encrypted using SSL technology for your protection.

4. Tech Support - Please direct all Technical Support questions to our technical support team.

5. Sales Enquiry - You may contact our Sales Department for sales and price related queries.

Guidelines for placing orders using a PO:

Please read the detailed instructions below to enable Reg.Net Inc. to process the PO without delays.
 

The purchase order must be addressed to our official e-commerce reseller Reg.Net Inc. (Vendor Name must be "Reg.Net Inc"), as we do not sell our products directly to end customers. Please follow the steps given below for purchasing our product from Reg.Net Inc. using a PO:

1. In the company purchase order, the vendor name must be "Reg.Net Inc" and the address is "9625 W 76th Street, Eden Prairie, MN 55344".

2. Select the link that has been provided in the quote or from the online purchase links for the respective product available in our website.

3. When you go to process the order, select "Purchase Order" as payment method.

4. After you have setup the order, you need to add the Reg.Net order number in your PO.

5. Once the PO is set up at Reg.Net, it shows up as pending order. 

6. Company purchase order must be signed by an authorized person.

7. Fax the PO and credit references to Reg.Net Fax: (719) 623-0399

8. Once Reg.Net accounting department receives the PO, the accounts department will check the PO and release the order.

9. Sales transaction notification will be sent to the customer and Vyapin will fulfill the order.
