Software Registration
Information |
|
Once you purchase
our product, you can convert the installed evaluation version to a fully
functional registered version.
The registration license key
will be e-mailed back to you within 12 hours.
In order for us to send you the license key to register the software, use
our online License
Key Request Form or e-mail the
following information below to request a license key to register the software:

* Purchase Date:
* Contact Person:
* e-Mail ID:
* Company Name:
* Product:
* License Type:

Perform the following steps to
register the software:

Download evaluation / trial copy
of software from the respective product page available in our website.

Install the software on the
desired computer.

You will receive a license key
through e-mail, as soon as the purchase process is complete.

Click 'Activate' in Help ->
About -> Activate menu to see the Activate dialog (as shown in Image 1).

Copy the license key sent to you
through email and paste it in the 'License Key' textbox. For help on how to copy
the license key, click on 'Click here to see how to copy and paste the license
key' link in the Activate dialog (Image 2).

Software
Re-installation |
|
If you are using a registered
version of the software, you can re-install the downloaded
version of software on the same machine. Once you re-install the
application, you can use the same license key which we sent to you at the time
of purchase or fill-up the License Key
Request Form (or send an e-mail
with the information requested above) for regenerating a new license key for you
to register the software again. |

Software Upgrade |
|
Please refer to our standard product upgrade
policy section. You may also send us an email
with the product name and version you purchased. We will respond with the
procedure to upgrade our product to the latest version. |
