Software Upgrade Policy

Upgrade Policy

	Minor version updates to our products are free. This includes both minor feature updates (changes in the second version number e.g., 5.0 to 5.2) AND bug fix updates (changes in the third version number e.g., 5.2.1 to 5.2.2).
	Major version upgrades to our products require an upgrade fee. The upgrade cost will typically be determined at the time of release depending on the features and effort involved.

How to Upgrade?

You may purchase the software upgrade online if it is listed in our website or drop us an e-mail with the product name and the current version of the software you are using. Once you purchase the upgrade pack, we will send you detailed instructions on how to download and install the latest version of the software.

Software Maintenance / Software Updates Subscription

You can purchase an optional 1-year software updates subscription or software maintenance package along with the new or upgrade product license or before the end of the software updates subscription term in the case of renewals to stay current with the latest releases.
