Minor version updates to our products are free. This includes both minor feature updates (changes in the second version number e.g., 3.0 to 3.2) AND bug fix updates (changes in the third version number e.g., 3.2.1 to 3.2.2).

Major version upgrades to our products require an upgrade fee. The upgrade cost will typically be determined at the time of release depending on the features and effort involved.
