Organizational data consists of files, databases, and data residing in line of business applications including legacy applications. There will always arise a situation where such data needs to get copied to your SharePoint lists, in order for your employees at various levels of the organization to share and collaborate. In some cases the data need to be synchronized back into the original external data source.
